Delivery

Standard delivery for fabric is £4.95 for 1-2 m, sent folded; £11.50 for 2-6 m, sent on a roll and £14.95 for 7+m sent on a roll.

Fabric orders are usually sent by courier using a signed for service.

Standard delivery for larger homeware items is £3.95 and £2.95 for smaller items.

Currently I only send items to UK customers, but please do email me with specific enquiries if you are outside the UK.

Refund and returns

I hope you will be delighted with your homeware items, but if not, please let me know within 30 days of receipt and return the items in their original condition, together with proof of purchase. I will then arrange a replacement or full refund. Unfortunately I can't refund postage, unless the item is faulty.

Your fabric is printed to order and therefore I am unable to accept returns if you change your mind. Returns will of course be accepted for faulty fabric (which excludes inconsistencies as a result of the nature of natural fabrics e.g. linen slubs).
